Somewhere over the moonbow

That’s right, you read correctly.  A moonbow.  Or lunar rainbow.  And guess where in the world is one of the best places to see such an amazing natural phenomenon?  Victorial Falls!

Here’s some photography tips from Chris Worden:

• A tripod is essential
• ‘Focus to infinity’, set your camera on manual mode on f5.6 and try a series of shutter speeds from 4 seconds to 30 seconds
• Shaking the camera by pressing the shutter is not a problem as the shutter delay is so long due to the low light
• Experiment with various shutter speeds and also f stops. The higher the f stop, the longer shutter speed you will need
• I found 20 seconds/f8 was excellent and this showed the slow fuzzy flow of the water
